From the Ground Up

Mr. Heidari’s journey began on the warehouse floor, where he mastered the fundamentals of the supply chain firsthand. This practical foundation evolved into specialized expertise in warehouse system development, strategic equipment selection, facility layout optimization, and assembly line planning. His trajectory continued through other roles—including Logistics Planner, Spare Parts Sales Manager, and Technical Sales Support Manager—where he collaborated with diverse stakeholders. These experiences fostered his deep appreciation for multicultural, dynamic environments and shaped his ability to lead with both precision and empathy. His greatest asset, however, is his global mindset: having lived on three continents, brings a deep cultural empathy and a truly international perspective to every project he leads.
